tomorrow is my good friends (amy and john pilkington) daughters first birthday. i decided to learn how to make something for penny. i made a frame. my first craft. it turned out pretty cute. jess said she could have made it in at least 1/3 of the time i made it in. i'm still learning.
learning to blog, learning to craft, learning to control my obsessive purchases from just be. i love learning. i guess it's good i'm a teacher.

i have a blog! i'm not sure how often i'll update it or how exciting my updates will be. i miss you too! it seems so small and quiet this year. not the same. i can't wait to see you!
Kristy, welcome to the world of the blog...it can be both wonderful and stressful. For use teachers, talk about stress. But they are worth it. Have fun creating lots of fun.
Hi Kristy, I found the hat in a antique mall kind of place. It's full of great stuff that isn't very expensive. The hat was only $10.00 and was in good condition.
Every vender has a different section and it's a pretty big place. It is right when you get into main street in Logan from the highway. And I think it is called the Antique Mall.
kristy kaye-
we feel quite special that you made us your very first craft project. you are the best ever. penny loves the frame and keeps saying "i know your purse isn't real" whenever she sees the picture. love you.
