look what's cooking

when was in graduate school i must admit jess pretty much took over the bott home. i cannot begin to express how grateful i am for all she did and still does. i love LOVE to cook and try new recipes. so, now that jess is back in school i'm trying to repay her by cooking as much as i can. here are a few things i tried this week. . .

these are not just regular pancakes

they are pumpkin pancakes with

a vanilla cream, walnut & raisin topping

clam chowder you are missing out

it turned out just the same

orange beef & pepper stir fry over brown rice

i love anything with a citrus tang

i love anything pumpkin. i love soup. next week i'm making pumpkin soup. mmm mmm good!
