Gratitude - Day 10

Teaching, going to school, learning. That was my life and I loved it. I always loved school. I always knew I wanted to teach. I am so thankful that things worked out and I was able to go to college and graduate school. I am thankful for education. It is who I am and what I do. I loved teaching my fourth graders and now I love teaching Eliza. The picture is Colleen Davis and me at our school. She was my mentor teacher when I was student teaching. She taught me everything I know and then some. It was her because of her love and support that I stuck to teaching. She was and is a great example to me. She was there for me in so many hard times. I am thankful for Colleen, for teaching, and for education.
